Right now (could get pulled) there is a sample from Gary Hustwit’s documentary Objectified where they talked with Jonathan Ive about the design of Apple products. I have yet to see the film but this clip was very interesting and reminds me why we do what we do…

All around nice guy, and super talented Erik Natzke is having a solo show in Toronto, starting today. If you are in the area, I am sure its well worth the visit. Details at Function13 or Facebook

Part & Parcel is a new studio from Brooklyn heavy hitters, Damien Correll and Garrett Morin.
Worth checking out this interview with the master Japanese psychedelic artist Keiichi Tanaami. Did you know we have quite a few books featuring his work? Did you also know these books are at some really low prices? See for yourself:

Ben recently won our typography grant over at Society6. We thought we should show you some of his work and let him introduce himself with this little interview.
A design and screen printing studio focused on mentoring students to produce excellent work for the benefit of others is the mission of Ambrose and I couldn’t be more excited about what they’re doing. This is what it’s all about in my opinion and I’m stoked there are people out there doing things like this. If you need to do a run of t-shirts soon why not give these guys a call and help others in the process.

Andrew Clark is a London based illustrator that takes the banality out of colored pencil.

Discovered some bizarre, Czech children’s illustrations here.

I’ve really been enjoying the work of Mr. Armstrong lately. He does all kinds of wonderful large scale art deco architectural wonders using a variety of media & techniques. While the site is a little tricky, just be patient and click on the dates at the top to navigate through the various works. I also really love his drawings as well, definitely need to visit his studio soon.
San Diego is classy, Michael James Armstrong is proof.

Espen Friberg, a piece of Yokoland, appears to have updated. I may be way off with this post. Either way, one of my faves. Add Espen on Flickr as well.
